Electronics & Digital Fab Meetup: Building A Giant Light Wall

Members and staff at MakerspaceCT are crafting our own interpretation of Noisebridge Hackerspace’s Flaschen Taschen, a grid of 1,575 glass soda bottles filled with individually addressable color-changing LEDs to create a giant, low-resolution interactive art piece.

Thanks to Avery’s Soda in New Britain, we’ve assembled the components necessary to realize this project here at MakerspaceCT. Once completed, our display will be open for tinkering and hacking at our space.

We’re seeking members and volunteers who are interested in helping us bring this creation to life. We have the supplies, but we need your hands. Want to help out?
