MakerspaceCT Class/Program Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Refunds for classes or a class credit can be provided if the request is submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Refund requests submitted less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of a class will NOT be granted. To cancel your registration, please log in to your account at https://app.makerspacect.com/ and go to “View Profile” and “My event registrations” then select the event you want to cancel and follow the system prompts. 

Refund requests may also be submitted by email to info@makerspacect.com or by calling our office at 860-619-6253.

Missed Classes Policy: When you register for a class, you will receive confirmations and reminders via email with full details, including the date, time and arrival info for your event. There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups, or deferments for missed classes. Please call or email before the start of the class if you believe you are going to be late or miss a class entirely. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your class time. If you arrive after class has started, you may not be permitted to participate and your class fees will not be credited or refunded.

Class Cancellation: MakerspaceCT reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. Students enrolled in a class that is later canceled will be notified by phone or email if a valid phone or email address has been provided. Students enrolled in a canceled class will be offered a full refund or class credit for the class. Last minute cancellations may occur due to inclement weather and other extenuating circumstances, so please check your email before coming to MakerspaceCT for events.

Classes with fewer than two registered students may be canceled by MakerspaceCT.
