COVID-19 NOTICE: Our physical location is temporarily closed. We'll reopen on June 2, 2020, click here to learn more. During closure we are hosting online workshops and coordinating efforts to manufacture PPE for first responders.
In this online class, students will learn many of the basic forms of origami and the traditional patterns that can be made from them. They will learn the origami crane, flower, boat, and other traditional forms, and use them as a stepping stone for learning more advanced forms in later classes. In addition to the instruction, students will get a crash course in more "modern" origami styles, and become exposed to newer techniques that have over the past 100 years. No experience is necessary.
